QUALITY IS BUILT INTO THE PROCESS.

In precision manufacturing, checking only the finished part is not enough. Final quality is created during process engineering, process stability and the ongoing verification of decisive production parameters.

We therefore see inspection as a natural part of the manufacturing process – from the first part through to repeatable series production.

FROM THE FIRST PART TO STABLE PRODUCTION

Key dimensions and parameters are verified continuously throughout production. The aim is to detect any deviations early and maintain process stability for subsequent parts.

VERIFYING THE RESULT

The scope of inspection is based on drawing documentation, geometric requirements and the nature of the component being manufactured. We place emphasis on verifying the decisive parameters before releasing the part.
